Leo

Leo started Wintech Window Cleaning in the summer of 2019 to support himself through college. Beginning at Palomar College and later transferring to CSUSM, he earned a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). His dedication to both his education and business laid a strong foundation for Wintech’s success.

In 2022, Leo brought Eduardo on board. As a trusted friend and collaborator, Eduardo has contributed valuable skills and enthusiasm, playing a key role in the company’s growth.

Following this, Erick, another friend of Leo’s, joined the team in 2023. Erick’s involvement has been crucial in continuing Wintech’s expansion and success, helping to drive the company forward.

Eduardo

Eduardo joined Wintech Window Cleaning in 2022, bringing his expertise to oversee operations and tackle challenges efficiently. His proactive approach ensures smooth daily operations and quick resolution of any issues that arise. When he’s not managing the team, Eduardo enjoys mountain biking and camping, embracing the great outdoors in his free time.

Erick

Erick joined Wintech Window Cleaning in 2023, quickly becoming an integral part of the team. His attention to detail and strong work ethic have significantly contributed to the company’s continued growth. Erick’s ability to manage complex tasks and support the team has been invaluable. Outside of work, he enjoys walking his dog Mike and camping, making the most of his time outdoors.
